Paypal problems: Cint are currently experiencing technical issues which is affecting all PayPal transactions globally, Cint are currently waiting on PayPal to get this solved and we are hoping to have the issue resolved as fast as possible.

In the meantime, any requested transaction will remain pending until the issue has been fixed.

We have now established New surveys panels in Luxembourg, Jordan and Kazakhstan. In Luxembourg we have two panels; German and French. Our panel in Jordan is in English, but members will also get surveys in Arabic.

UPDATE 28.08.2020: Latest update is Paypal said their team is investigating and will get back to Cint in max. 72 hours. We are hoping for having this resolved on Monday.

Cint says that there is a technical problem with all payments (Paypal). They do not know when it will be solved, but Paypal and Cint is working hard to solve the problem.

If possible, you can choose another payment option. If you already have redeemed your earnings through Paypal, let us know if you wants us to contact Cint and ask them to delete the Paypal payment so that the money is returned to your account.

The problem Cint have had with PayPal have now been solved. The reason have been shared with our members, but many have denied that this could be the cause and accused Cint and/or Triaba to lie about this. 

PayPal have admitted that they caused this problem when the implemented new security measures, but still a lot of members do not believe in this.

We are sorry for the problem we had with PayPal and because of this problem, Cint is looking for more alternative payment options. Hopefully new options will be added soon. 

"Recent security measures implemented by Paypal without any pre-warning has prevented many payments getting correctly transferred".

Are you using gmail in our Survey Panel? Then you probably have found out that you are not able to log in to your account.

A lot of our members with gmail account are for the moment affected by the server problem at Google and all emails to an gmail account will reurn this message: failed: host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com (74.125.205.27) said: 550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces.

When a survey is sent to a member with gmail, the email invitations Cint now send out are bounced by the email server.

If Cint have sent you an survey invitation the last couple of days when the Google server were down, your gmail accounts have been marked as a bad email by SendGrid (email delivery platform used by Cint). And because the email were bounced by the email server (Google) the email was blocked by SendGrid.

We have contacted Cint and asked them to find out if they have a quick fix for this (automatic restore all affected accounts) or give us a list over all members affected.

If you are not able to log in to your Triaba account, contact Cint zendesk;  https://cint.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and tell them to activate your account again. You can also send us an email (support @ triaba.com) and we will contact Cint. The fastest option is to contact Cint directly.

We're really sorry to have to let you know that we are experiencing difficulties with Paypal again after just a couple of months of the facility being restored.

Since the beginning of December Cint have seen delays in their bank transfers being processed. The last bank transfer reflected in their Paypal account on the 11th December after 9 days delay. We are now waiting on 6 bank transfers dating back to 4th December (13 days delay so far).

Cint are in touch with Paypal at the moment to resolve this. Their policy is not to start a trace on bank transfers until 30 days have elapsed, but given past performance they have agreed to start an investigation now.

We have been working to find alternatives to Paypal that will not run into the same chronic problems. We have focused on finding solutions that are as close to cash as possible, but which can be administered in Cint's system as vouchers. Today we have added a new Virtual Visa Debit Card reward in our US panel and will be adding this in EUR in the New Year. We have also added a new reward for Russia (Ozon.ru) due to specific regulatory issues with Paypal in that country.

Many members with an gmail have not been able to log in to their account the last couple of days. Cint says that the problem should be solved today (Friday 18th of December). 

The reason for the problem was the server problem Google faced a couple of days ago. When surveys were sent to members with gmail accounts, they were returned to sender (Cint) with message that the account did not exist.

Negative incentives can occur when someone completed a survey in a manner deemed inappropriate (bad or untruthful). We will not share with you which questions proved to be problematic for our clients. Below are some ways clients define “bad” or “untruthful” responses

• Survey Speeding

Every survey executed has an estimated time to complete. If you complete a survey in a time frame that does not fall within the range that is acceptable you will not qualify for the survey, receive an incentive and may be terminated from the panel.

• Inconsistent or Inaccurate Answers

If you provide answers that are not accurate and or inconsistent in any manner whatsoever you will not qualify for the survey, receive an incentive and may be terminated from the panel.

• Red Herring questions

Clients, at times, will put questions in the survey multiple times or demand that you choose a specific answer to ensure you are being truthful and/or reading the entire survey question. If our client should find that your responses are unacceptable as per the red herring directive you will not qualify for the survey, receive an incentive and may be terminated from the panel.

• Open End Questions

At times clients will have a section within a survey that requests respondents to fill in their answers by writing them in, rather than selecting an answer from a set of pre-identified responses. If a response in Open Ended question is considered to contain language that is inappropriate, non-sensible, or not fitting for the question you will not qualify for the survey, receive an incentive and may be terminated from the panel.

Due to new sanctions and regulations, we are unfortunately no longer able to allow participants from Venezuela to participate on our network. As a result of this, we have already put all Venezuela panels on-hold and stopped projects for that country.

We will soon be removing all Cint managed payments from Triaba, however, we want to give our panelists the opportunity to withdraw their earnings, therefore, Cint have lowered the minimum for PayPal payments to 1 Cint Point ($0.125) so that our panellists can withdraw any earnings they have saved up.

After 30 days we will then be removing all Cint-managed payments from the panel.

Members in following countries can now choose Virtual VISA Debet Card as payment option when they shall redeem their earnings:

Bahrain, Bangladesh, Botswana, Egypt, Ghana, Indonesia, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Namibia, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

In Botswana and Kenya have also PayPal been added as payment option.

Virtual Visa Debit Card:

With a Virtual Visa Debit Card, you can access your funds 24/7 and make purchases at millions of locations that accept Visa. When you've reached 10 USD you can choose to receive an Virtual Visa Debit Card.

Your virtual visa card link will be sent directly to your e-mail address normally within 1 day. You will need to create an account after following the link in order to retrieve the card details. "Virtual" relates to the fact that this card can only be used where a card is not required to be physically presented to the merchant. These transactions are generally done online, by telephone or by mail order.
